l make, package and ship all orders from my coastal hometown of Newcastle, about 2 hours north of Sydney. In-stock ceramics and body products are generally dispatched within 2 days but made-to-order ceramics please allow 3-4 weeks*. Additionally once dispatched, I will send you an email confirming your item has been sent and your tracking number. This will allow you to track your parcel – however l also track and email to confirm and check you are happy. Standard shipping - $10 flat rate Domestic purchases will be sent via Australia Post (Parcel Post). Delivery times can vary depending on delivery location. Please allow 3 to 6 business days.
"Standard" Shipping Method: Australia Post Parcel Post, Sendle Courier, or Fastaway Courier depending on the postcode.
"Express" Shipping Method: Australia Post Express Post (Next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network).
Where possible, please provide a numbered street address instead of a PO Box and a phone number.
If you request that the parcel be left unattended at the recipient's premises, you must check the box in the Authority to Leave section during checkout to accept the risks/responsibility in the event that it goes missing. Your order will be shipped with handwritten instructions or an affixed Authority To Leave (ATO) label on the satchel. Any shipping insurance will be voided and no replacements or refunds will be issued for missing items.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we are cannot accept returns or exchanges but may be able to work out another solution. If you are not 100% happy with your order, drop us a line and l will do my best to help.
International Shipping (Outside Australia)
Currently l can ship to the following international destinations: New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Method: Australia Post International Standard or Australia Post International Express.
Transit Duration*: 6+ business days (Standard) or 2-4 business days (Express) between metropolitan areas of major cities. *Estimate only - as provided by Australia Post.
Shipping charge: Australia Post rate for the parcel (by weight) + AU$2.50 (handling and packaging).
Please ensure the address and phone number are correct as I cannot be responsible if the wrong address has been advised.
For International shipments please be aware that any duties payable will be at the expense of the buyer. Prices listed in my online store do not include international duties. Check with your Customs office for any duties that may be payable.
All orders are shipped with either tracking or registration. If a tracking number is provided in the shipping notification, it is your responsibility as the buyer to monitor the status of the parcel in transit using the tracking information provided. This information will allow you to estimate when your order will be delivered as well as alert you to missed delivery attempts, delays or other delivery complications that may require further action.
Should the addressee fail to collect or arrange redelivery of the parcel resulting in it being “returned to sender”, the buyer will be responsible for any subsequent redelivery charges incurred.
Shipping Delays, Damage & Loss
I endeavour to pack your orders securely before shipping them out. Unfortunately, delays, damage and loss of parcels are a possibility during transit. In these events, I cannot be held responsible* once orders are handed over to the respective shipping service but I will do my best to assist you in liaising with them to resolve the issue.
* I do not provide refunds, replacements or credit for parcels that are lost/damaged in transit.
The shipping services I use are Fastway Courier, Sendle Courier, Australia Post Parcel Post, Australia Post Express Post, Australia Post International Standard and Australia Post International Express. By placing an order with us, you accept that it will be subjected to the terms and conditions set by these carriers with regards to insurance and compensation for delays, damage or loss of shipments. Please refer to the individual carrier websites for more information.
If you have provided an incorrect/incomplete shipping address in your order, you will be responsible for any resulting delays, redelivery charges, damage or losses (as parcels are not guaranteed to be returned to us ).
