Shipping policy

SHIPPING l make, package and ship all orders from my studio in Vancouver, Canada. All in stock ceramics and body products are generally dispatched within 2 days but made-to-order ceramics please allow 3-5 weeks* via Canada Post with tracking. Once dispatched, I will send you an email confirming your item has been sent and your tracking number. This will allow you to track your parcel -however l also track and email to confirm and check you are happy. * Orders received after Close of Business (5pm Vancouver, BC Canada time -GMT) are considered to have been placed at the start of the next business day.
Please ensure the address and phone number are correct as I cannot be responsible if the wrong address has been advised.
For International shipments please be aware that any duties payable will be at the expense of the buyer. Prices listed in my online store do not include international duties. Check with your Customs office for any duties that may be payable.

ORDER TRACKING
All orders are shipped with either tracking or registration. If a tracking number is provided in the shipping notification, it is your responsibility as the buyer to monitor the status of the parcel in transit using the tracking information provided. This information will allow you to estimate when your order will be delivered as well as alert you to missed delivery attempts, delays or other delivery complications that may require further action. Should the addressee fail to collect or arrange redelivery of the parcel resulting in it being “returned to sender”, the buyer will be responsible for any subsequent redelivery charges incurred.

SHIPPING DELAYS, DAMAGE & LOSS
I endeavour to pack your orders securely before shipping them out. Unfortunately, delays, damage and loss of parcels are a possibility during transit. In these events, I cannot be held responsible* once orders are handed over to the respective shipping service but I will do my best to assist you in liaising with them to resolve the issue.
* I do not provide refunds, replacements or credit for parcels that are lost/damaged in transit.
The shipping service I use is Canada Post. By placing an order with me, you accept that it will be subjected to the terms and conditions set by these carriers with regards to insurance and compensation for delays, damage or loss of shipments. Please refer to the individual carrier websites for more information.
If you have provided an incorrect/incomplete shipping address in your order, you will be responsible for any resulting delays, redelivery charges, damage or losses (as parcels are not guaranteed to be returned to us ).
